Resting and Icing

Oh no! You got an injury while training and you have two options. Keep training like nothing happened or take it easy, rest it and ice it. Option Two would be the smartest choice, if you keep training like nothing happened the injury will worsen and you will not heal. If it does heal without being taken care of, it will not be the same. Taping is also a good thing to learn or to have someone who knows how to tape. I know I want to return to training better and stronger for it, not worse. What about you guys?
